• Consular Services Payment Information:
  All payments for Consular Services should be made via money order or Bank draft. Please make the payment payable to “Consulate of Eritrea.”

New

An Eritrean 17 years of age and under, born to an Eritrean father or mother, is required to submit the following information.

1. Clear copy of current passport
2. Completed Underage ID => FORM
3. Two photos for ID (2.5 x 3.5cm colored, white background, only prescription glasses allowed and only religious related hats or scarves allowed.)
4. Clear copy of Father’s and/or Mother’s Eritrean ID (both sides)
5. Payment $25.00 CAD
6. A self-addressed prepaid return envelope if necessary – preferably registered (FedEx, etc..)

Re-Issue

Applicants who previously possess underage ID can apply for a Re-issue under two conditions

When passport associated with the previous underage ID is changed

1. When Underage ID is Lost
2. Clear copy of current passport
3. Completed Underage ID Application =>FORM
4. Two ID photo (2.5cm x 3.5 cm 5cm è colored, white background, only prescription glasses allowed and only religious related hats or scarves allowed.)
5. Clear copy of Father’s and/or Mother’s Eritrean ID (both sides)
6. Payment $25.00 CAD
7. A self-addressed prepaid return envelope if necessary – preferably registered mail.(FedEx, etc…)
