መምርሒ

ኩቡራት ተገልገልቲ፡ እዚ መምርሒ እዚ ብጥንቃቐ ኣንቢብኩም ብግቡእ ክትኽተልዎ ነተሓሳስብ። ከምኡ ምስ ዘይግበር ዘየድሊ ምድንጋያት ክስዕብ ይኽእል እዩ።

1. ነፍሲ ወከፍ በዓል ጉዳይ ኣድራሽኡ ( ብእንግሊዝኛ) ክመልኦ ኣለዎ። ካልእ ሓበሬታ ዕድመ፡ ስልኪ ወዘተ ክመልእ ኣለዎ። ቁ/መንነት ዝብል ናይ ኤርትራ ማለት እዩ።

2. ነፍሲ ወከፍ በዓል ጉዳይ ናይ መርዓ ምስክርነት ዝምልከት ሰለስተ (3) ኤርትራዊ ዜግነት ( መንነት ወረቐት) ዘለዎም፡ ልዕሊ 40 ዝዕድሚኦም መሰኻኽር ሒዙ ክቐርብ ኣለዎ፡ ካብ ከባቢ ቤ/ጽሕፈት ቆንስ ኤርትራ ከተማ ተሮንቶ ወጻኢ እትቅመጥ/ቲ እንተድኣ ኮይንኩም፡ ኣፈሪምኩም ምስቅዳሕ ናይ መስኻኽር ኣተሓሒዝኩም ትልኡሉልና ማለት እዩ።

3. መሰኻኽር ናይ ዝመስክርዎ ጉዳይ እኹል ሓበሬታ ክህልዎም ይግባእ። ( ብሓሶት ምስክርነት ምሃብ ብሕጊ ከምዘሕትት ክግንዘቡ ኣለዎም።)

4. ንምስላጥ ዝወስዶ ግዜ ሸውዓተ መዓልቲታት ይወስድ ኣብ ኢድና ምስ ኣተወ።

5. ነዚ ኣገልግሎት ሱሳ ($60.00) ናይ ካናዳ ዶላር ይኽፈል፡ ብተወሳኺ ንኤርትራ ብመንገድና ዝላኣከሉ ብዓል ጉዳይ ($10) ይውስኽ ማለት እዩ።

6. ንዝኾነ ዜጋ ናይ መሕወይ ግብሪ 2% ዘየማልአ እዚ ኣገልግሎት ሕጋውነት ኣይ ህልዎን፥ ስለዚ ንመሕወይ ግብሪ ዝምልከት ሰነዳትኩም(Documents) ከምዝጥዕመኩም ጌርኩም ኣብ ኤርትራ ከተማልእዎ ትኽእሉ።

7.  ናይ መሳለጢ ጉዳይኩም፥ ነዘን ዝስዕባ ( ሰነድ ውክልና፡ ኩነታት መርዓ፡ ጉዳይ ንዝምልከቶ ኣካልን፡ ነባርነትን ወዘተ.) ዝምልከት፥ ዓይነት ኣከፋፍላ ማኒ ኦርደር ኮይኑ ብስም ( Consulate of Eritrea)

8. ጉዳይ ንኣገልግሎት ናብ ቤ/ጽ ምሽናትና ኤንባሲ/ ቆንስላዊ ጉዳያት ዝድለ ኣገልግሎት ብፉሉይ ዝጸሓፍ ደገፍ ስለ ዝኮነ ነዚ ዝምልከት ኣብ ዘድልየኩም እዋን ናብ ቤ/ጽ ወይ ወከልትና ክትውከሱ ትክእሉ ኢኹም፡ ናይዚ ኣገልግሎት ሓምሳ($50.00) ናይ ካናዳ ዶላር ይኽፈል።

POWER OF ATTORNEY

Applicants who hold Eritrean National ID are required to submit the following in order to authorize a person in Eritrea/ Eritrean missions overseas to act on their behalf.

1. A complete application forms Power_Of_Attorney_FORM
2. Evidence of up-to-date recovery tax payment clearance
3. Service fee payment is $60 CAD, and $10 if you want our office to send your documents to Eritrea on your behalf.
4. A self-addressed prepaid return envelope – preferably registered post

Applicants of Non-Eritrean origin are required to submit the following in order to authorize a person in Eritrea to act on their behalf.

1. A Power of Attorney document signed in front Global Affairs Canada – Authentication of Documents.
2. The Power of Attorney should be sent to this office for authentication in order to be accepted in Eritrea.
3. Payment for the service is $60 CAD, and $10 CAD if you want our office to send your document to Eritrea on your behalf
4. A self-addressed prepaid return envelope – preferably registered post

DOCUMENT AUTHENTICATION

Documents prepared in Canada should be sent to our office for authentication prior to sending to Eritrea.

1. A Power of Attorney document signed in front Global Affairs Canada & authentication of Documents.
2. Payment for the service is $60 CAD, and $10 CAD if you want our office to send your document to Eritrea on your behalf
3. A self-addressed prepaid return envelope – preferably registered post

AFFIDAVIT OF MARITAL STATUS REQUIREMENTS

1. Current Recovery and Rehabilitation Tax Clearance
2. Completed and signed Affidavit of Marital Status Civil_Status_Form
3. Three witnesses with Eritrean National ID and 40 years of age or older
4. Processing fee: $70 money order payable to “Consulate of Eritrea” (Includes Mail Services Fee).
5. Fees are nonrefundable.
6. Mail completed form to: Preferably registered mail.

NON-ERITREAN OF ERITREANS WITH NO NATIONAL ID

Non-Eritreans and Eritreans with no National ID must

1. A Power of Attorney document signed in front Global Affairs Canada & authentication of Documents.

1. $50 processing fee money order or cashier’s check payable to “Consulate of Eritrea” (nonrefundable).
2. Mail Services Fee $10
3. All fees are non-refundable
4. Mail document and fee to: Preferably registered mail.

Provide the items below to the Consulate General of the State of Eritrea for Authentication:

1. A Power of Attorney document signed in front Global Affairs Canada & authentication of Documents.
2. $50 processing fee money order or cashier’s check payable to “Consulate of Eritrea” (nonrefundable).
3. Mail Services Fee $10
4. All fees are non-refundable
5. Mail document and fee to: Preferably registered mail.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

1. A complete application ==> To whom it may concern Form
2. Evidence of up-to-date recovery tax payment clearance
3. Evidence of fee payment $70.00 CAD
4. A self-addressed prepaid return envelope if necessary – preferably registered mail.  

POLICE CLEARANCE

Applicants who need to obtain a police clearance from Eritrea are required to submit the following:

1. A finger prints document from the nearest Police Station
2. Power of Attorney
3. Copy of current Passport
4. Payment for the service is $60 CAD
5. A self-addressed prepaid return envelope if necessary – preferably registered post 

BIRTH CERTIFICATE

Applicants born in Eritrea but residing outside Eritrea need to provide the following documents to obtain a Birth Certificate

1. Birth documentation from the Office of Area administration in Eritrea (if available)
2. Filling/Lodging a birth registration form
3. Copy of Eritrean National ID Card
4. Evidence of up-to-date recovery tax payment clearance
5. Copy of Passport
6. Power of Attorney (If applying through a representative in Eritrea)

VERIFICATION OF RESIDENCE

Government bodies in Eritrea may require periodic verification that an individual is alive and residing in Canada to continue the disbursement of payments. To obtain such verification the following needs to be provided:

1. Copy of Eritrean ID
2. FORM=>> FORM_RESIDENCE
3. Sign the verification form/ letter by attending at the Consulate Office in Toronto in person or visit our representative in your residence area.
4. Payment for the service is $60 CAD, and $10 CAD if you want our office to send your document to Eritrea on your behalf
5. A self-addressed prepaid return envelope – preferably registered mail.

Returning Home altogether

1.  A copy of Eritrean national ID
2. FORM_CITIZENS-RETURNING-HOME-ALTOGETHER
3. Payment for the Service is $60 CAD, and $10 CAD if you want our office to send your document to Eritrea on your behalf.
4. A self-addressed prepaid returning envelope- preferably registered mail.

N.B The verification of proof of life is valid for six months only.
